Website Use Statement: Almond Board of California administers a grower-enacted Federal Marketing Order under the supervision of the United States Department of Agriculture. Established in 1950, the Board's charge is to promote the best quality almonds, California's largest tree nut crop. While Website visitors may obtain contact information for almond suppliers, this website does NOT include marketing and pricing strategies. Each producer or handler remains free to determine his or her own independent, competitive decisions concerning how to best market and price his or her products and in doing so is encouraged to compete in the marketplace with other producers and handlers to bring the best value possible to the consumer. 

Your Consent: By using our website, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information, as described in this Privacy Policy. If we change our privacy policies and procedures, we will post those changes on our website to keep you aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we may disclose it.

Upon Your Initial Visit: Our website server automatically recognizes only your domain name, not your email address. Our corporate values, ethical standards, policies and practices are committed to the protection of user information. Upon request we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information and communications that the user/visitor has directed to the website. Users can have this information corrected by sending us an email at the above address. 

Email and Other Communication: In addition to providing and collecting information, as noted above, if you choose to correspond further with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses. We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received by mail and telephone. If you direct us to use your postal address, you will only receive the requested information at your postal address.
