  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 6 ounces bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa, plus more for garnish
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
  1. Place the chocolate and cocoa in a bowl.
  2. Bring the almond milk to a boil in a saucepan.
  3. Pour over the chocolate and cocoa and whisk well to melt and foam.
  4. Stir in the vanilla. If available, use a mixer to make it even frothier on top.
